Day #8; training #6

Did 1:40 on, 0:20 off for 5x clocking 2087m. 

Squats (without box) at 50kg: 5×6. 

Machine shoulder press: 2×12 + 1×10 at 15kg. 

Deadlifts at 50kg: 5×5.
